Can I request for a preferred stylist/my previous order stylist?
A:
We do not provide that option as of now. Although, you can rest assured that all our stylists are trained and certified by our in house training team to ensure high quality standards.
Q:
How much time is taken to confirm my appointment?
A:
For any customer's first booking with us, we take up to 2 business hours to verify and confirm the order. For customers who have availed at least 1 service with us before, the order is confirmed instantly.
Q:
Am I expected to use my own products?
A:
Our stylists carry everything that is needed to deliver the service, they might just need some water and access to electricity. We also discourage the use of products other than the ones carried by our stylists unless specified or mentioned in the service.
Q:
Is there an option to pay online?
A:
Yes, you can pay online before or after the service as per your convenience.
Q:
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointments?
A:
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment. A cancellation fee of Rs.200 will be levied if the cancellation is done within 24 hrs of the scheduled time for the appointment. No cancellation charges if the booking is cancelled before 24 hrs.
