What if my preferred stylist is not available?
A:
If the preferred stylist is not available, we will let you know of other viable options. We will also give you options for revised schedule with your stylist.

How much time is taken to confirm my appointment?
A:
We try to typically confirm your appointment within 2 hours of booking. We also send you a confirmation reminder prior to the appointment.
Q:
Am I expected to use my own products?
A:
Our stylists carry everything that is needed to deliver the service, they might just need some water and access to electricity. We also discourage the use of products other than the ones carried by our stylists unless specified or mentioned in the service.
Q:
Is there an option to pay online?
A:
Yes, you can pay online. Just ask your stylist for online payment option post the appointment completion.
Q:
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointments?
A:
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel appointments free of cost. Our only request is that you cancel at least 3 hours prior to the appointment time.
